Passion for Audio Engineering

EPOS’ Audio Engineering team of 10 people use their passion and creativity to do acoustic concepting, algorithm concept evaluation & overall sound quality evaluation.

Due to EPOS growth and future focus on audio/video meeting room systems, they are looking for a new colleague to strengthen their audio engineering focus.

The job

You will take part of developing the overall sound experience and audio architecture in EPOS future audio/video products for office meeting rooms. On top of that you know how to evaluate and communicate sound experiences in a subjectively way to various stakeholders – i.e. what does it mean for the end-user.

You will work with audio design and concepts including algorithm tuning and validation as part of this job. You will also deal with external partners and should therefore have strong coordination and communication skills.

You have:

  • a relevant background within audio engineering
  • strong motivation to develop audio path in future office video systems
  • algorithm tuning skills and knowledge about audio processing in meeting room systems
  • experience with audio evaluation methods for meeting room systems is an advantage
  • experience and motivation in working with audio requirements towards external partners
  • motivation in working with various partnership requirements and guide how to implement
  • knowledge about required acoustics for optimal audio processing
  • knowledge about telecom systems is an advantage
  • a valid residence and work permit
